Inspired by his dad’s quiet competence and diligence, an audit group supervisor for the Florida Department of Revenue, Troy pursued a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned his Enrolled Agent designation.

In 2000, after gradually building a loyal clientele, Troy transitioned full-time into the accounting world. By 2012, he bought out his father’s firm. However, the two continued working side by side but in separate corporations until his father’s passing in 2021, a legacy of both family and professional partnership that shaped the very DNA of Troy’s practice.

One defining moment stands out early in Troy’s career: he and his father uncovered a little-known sales tax rule that saved a client $60,000 in a single engagement. That win lit the fire; It wasn’t just about crunching numbers, it was about creating real-world impact through strategic thinking and deep expertise.

Today, Troy’s focus is laser-sharp: helping veterinarians grow their revenue, keep more of what they earn, and position themselves for a successful exit when the time comes.
